Made to order

Weather Minded apparel is made to order. Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase. Processing and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and can vary during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to the United States qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $75 or more. No code is needed.

Tracking and split shipments

When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. Orders containing multiple items can arrive in separate packages, and each package can have its own tracking information.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters production. If an order is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will help determine the available next step.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can help.
