RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-day returns

We want you to be happy with your Weather Minded order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, an item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact Us page before sending anything back and include your order number. Once a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns are free: when a prepaid label is available for your location, we will provide one. If we cannot issue a label directly, contact us before paying for return shipping so we can arrange the next step. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless required by law.
